My Story

I have a confession to make.

I have spend most of my twenties ruining my health: under-eating, over-eating, unbalanced high carbs diets, not eating enough protein, junk food, alcohol, smoking, stress, sacrificing sleep, medicating, not moving enough, people pleasing, falling for the "high-performance" and hustle...you name it.

 

I was OK, until I wasn't.

 

I had to realize, that no one is going to take care of my health, no one is going to save me, and my body is not going to heal if I keep abusing it.

 

Through looking for the root causes, mindfulness, awareness and HoloBody framework I find my way from abusing my body and mind, to being curious about it, taking good care of it and let it become whatever it wants to become, so no I'm on a mission to help others to do the same. Trust me, in feels better on a "I'm worth it and my needs matter" side. 😉
 

About me

I'm multipassionate, self-development obsessed nerd, who loves learning and sharing the findings about health, human body and mind.

Random fact, I speak fluent Japanese and have a degree in Fashion Design. (I told you, I'm mutipassionate.)
I also have a BRCA2 gene mutation, which significantly increases my risk for particular cancers, this is one of my incentives, to be obsessed with healthy living.

Why I have decided to become a coach?

I always loved helping people seeing beyond what they are facing or what they think they can do.
I think it's one of my unique abilities, to see potential and possibilities in/for other people.

If I would translate it to everyday language:
I know how you feel and where are you coming from (Empathy), I have extensively though about that thing too (Intellection).
I see your potential to overcome it and reach so much more (Futuristic), and here is the best tool  —from the arsenal of tools I have hoarded for years— that might help you in this particular situation (Input & Deliberate).

If coaching isn't the best use of these strengths, I don't know what is.
