I have a confession to make.
I have spend most of my twenties ruining my health: under-eating, over-eating, unbalanced high carbs diets, junk food, alcohol, smoking, stress, sacrificing sleep, medicating, not moving enough, people pleasing, crippling anxiety, falling for high-performance culture...you name it.
I was OK, until I wasn't.
I had to realize, that no one is going to take care of your health and my needs if I won't.
I find my way from abusing my body and mind, to being curious about it, taking good care of it and let it become whatever it wants to become and want to help others to do the same.
