All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. You do not need to have Google Account to attend the sessions.

Yes, you can reschedule once by replying to the email you received with your booking details.

That's for you to decide. Nothing will work if you don't. My role is to facilitate the change and support you in your journey, but it's up to you how and if you integrate the information.

I have a confession to make.
I have spend most of my twenties ruining my health: under-eating, over-eating, unbalanced high carbs diets, junk food, alcohol, smoking, stress, sacrificing sleep, medicating, not moving enough, people pleasing, crippling anxiety...you name it.
I was OK, until I wasn't.
I had to realize, that no one is going to take care of your health if I won't.
I find my way from abusing my body and mind, to being curious about it, taking good care of it and let it become whatever it wants to become and want to help other to do the same.
